In the RSVPMaker editing system, you use the same WordPress editing and formatting tools for the description and marketing of your event that you would use in a blog post or web page.
The RSVP / Event Options dialog box that pops up when you first create an event post (or whenever you click the RSVP / Event Options button in the sidebar) allows you to set the date, time, and other parameters like whether registrations should be collected and, if so, what fields should be shown on the registration form and what confirmation message should be shown on screen and emailed to the registrant.
